HDR's Keen, Sanders, Slayton Discuss Employee Ownership on ACEC Podcast

HDR is the largest employee-owned architecture, engineering and construction services company based in the United States, per employee count. The American Council of Engineering Companies invited three HDR leaders to appear on a podcast to discuss how the firm's structure has contributed to its success over the past 28 years.
HDR's trio of panel members included Eric Keen, chairman and immediate past CEO; Tom Sanders, corporate programs and policy director; and Erin Slayton, director of program management for the company's transportation practice.
