Troy is a vice president and co-leader of our healthcare sector. He is a noted authority on the design and delivery of significant hospital and healthcare facilities throughout North America and internationally, applying global best practices and expertise in healthcare to his projects around the world.
Troy has advised healthcare clients on matters such as construction, operations, real estate, performance improvement, lean design and long-term planning. He has extensive experience with for-profit and not-for-profit health systems, including universal healthcare and public-private partnerships. His P3 experience is extensive; he’s led teams on all sides of the procurement process, from design and project delivery to working as a client representative through compliance consulting.
