What We Believe

HDR is our company. Together, we build on each other’s life experiences and perspectives to make great things possible every day. This shapes our collaborative culture, encourages organizational trust and connects us closer to the clients and communities we serve.

Our Commitment

As employee owners, we all have a role in creating an inclusive environment where each of us is welcomed, valued, respected and empowered to bring our authentic selves to work every day.

Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council

Our global Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council includes employees from all business areas and global regions to help provide input and guidance to our inclusion, diversity and equity strategies.

Aboriginal Relations

Progressive Aboriginal Relations. Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business Committed Logo

We have been a proud member of the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCAB) since 2021, reflecting our dedication to fostering meaningful partnerships, supporting Indigenous economic development, and advancing reconciliation through business collaboration. As a national, non-partisan, member-based organization, the CCAB brings together both Indigenous and non-Indigenous companies operating in Canada.

We are aligned with CCAB’s mission to promote, strengthen, and enhance a prosperous Indigenous economy by fostering business relationships, creating opportunities, and raising awareness across the country. In line with this commitment, we are actively engaged in the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program, reinforcing our dedication to building respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with Indigenous communities.
