ONE Circle, Our Next Energy's first battery cell factory, is designed to support the company’s focus on accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and expanding energy storage solutions. We provided on-demand consulting and engineering for the 659,589-square-foot gigafactory, while supporting specific projects like utility equipment procurement and environmental permitting.

Industry Leading Battery Technology

The ONE Circle factory is designed to manufacture lithium-iron phosphate, or LFP, battery cells that will be incorporated into ONE’s industry-leading battery packs. Named as one of FastCompany’s Most Innovating Companies in 2024, ONE is committed to accelerating the energy transition by producing innovative energy storage technology that doubles the range of electric vehicles, using safer and more abundant materials.  

From Distribution Center to Heavy Manufacturing Gigafactory

Through our on-demand consulting and engineering services, we helped ONE retrofit the building, which was previously a distribution center, to accommodate heavy manufacturing. Our in-house experts provided services including substation and battery storage input, environmental permitting, industrial architecture and beyond, flexing with the project’s needs.
