Xin Zhao, AIA, CDT, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB

A licensed architect with over 20 years of experience, Xin’s expansive architectural portfolio features new construction and renovations for various project typologies, including community centers, performing arts buildings, museums, corporate offices, research facilities, healthcare facilities, and academic buildings.  

Xin’s career is distinguished by her contributions to the built environment that improves the quality of life for the Omaha, Nebraska, community. She leads diverse, multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and construction process with ease, reinforcing her belief that collaboration is essential to project success. Xin’s efforts have garnered her reputation as a respected team leader, community partner and trusted advisor.  

As studio leader of our Omaha architecture studio, Xin leads with action, consistently demonstrating her commitment to design excellence and devotion to client service. She intuitively guides and nurtures others to achieve their greatest potential by creating opportunities for professional growth and providing resources for their success.  

Xin actively engages with city, state, and national professional associations, including the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and Women in Architecture.
