Tommy Sinclair, NCARB, AIA
Justice Principal
Tommy brings more than 15 years of experience in the master planning, space programming, and design of civic and justice facilities to his role as justice principal. Rooted in the belief that the work of justice facility architects directly impacts the people within the facility and local communities, Tommy is passionate about leveraging design to inspire positive change in these built environments.
Working closely with the Tampa architecture studio and leadership, Tommy is helping build our justice practice and forging new client relationships across the East region of the U.S.
Tommy’s experience includes solving functional planning, design, and security issues prevalent in civic and justice architecture facilities such as courthouses, detention facilities, public safety, and behavioral health treatment facilities. He understands the importance of incorporating evidence-based design solutions early in the project and the ultimate need for technical quality during the construction documentation phase of a justice facility to meet security-related needs.
