With over 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and a master’s degree in healthcare design, Susan brings a wealth of experience-based knowledge to our health design practice. Based in our Seattle architecture studio, her unique blend of clinical expertise and architectural insight allows her to bridge the gap between healthcare operations and design, ensuring that our projects are aesthetically pleasing and function seamlessly.
Susan’s passion for creating healing environments is evident in her dedication to outcomes-based design strategies and lean principles, which she employs to optimize operational efficiencies and enhance patient care. Her detail-oriented approach and ability to self-start and continuously seek process improvements make her an invaluable asset to our team and clients. All too familiar with the intensive physical and emotional labor of being a clinical staff member, Susan stays keen on the latest technologies that can integrate with staff to streamline their work, allowing for more dedicated patient care.
