In his role as Global Director, Steve works with business development directors and subject matter experts across the firm to set the vision, mission and strategy for the education and science architecture program. Under his leadership, an integrated global team of professional planners, architects and engineers stay ahead of trends in facility design, leveraging best practices to deliver some of the most sophisticated research, learning and technology environments in the world today.

Steve is driven by a commitment to helping the firm create great spaces where science helps sustain life through the provision of health, safety, food, water and energy. With over 30 years of architectural project experience for corporate, public and institutional clients, Steve is a recognized leader in the industry. He frequently contributes to lab-focused publications and conferences, most recently sitting on the R&D 2017 Lab of the Year jury.
