Scott has honed his unique design perspective through almost 30 years of experience, seeking innovative materials and solutions that enhance both large and small-scale urban environments, buildings, interiors and graphics. His comprehensive approach encompasses all aspects of project design, from conceptual beginnings to the final built work, showcasing his keen eye for detail, craftsmanship and functionality.

At HDR, Scott leads multidisciplinary teams in the development of forward-thinking projects, including the Mayo Clinic Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Building, Intermountain Health Lutheran Replacement Hospital, Intermountain Health St. Vincent Replacement Hospital, Mayo Clinic Mankato Hospital Bed Tower Expansion and more. His expertise in integrating advanced design techniques and materials allows him to craft spaces that foster healing, community engagement and environmental stewardship. 

His passion for design drives him to create beautiful, thoughtful solutions for every scenario.
