Sally Lee, AIA, NCARB, CDT
Education & Science Principal
“Design is akin to solving a puzzle or playing a game of chess — there are many layers to consider and variables to account for — I enjoy working toward highly functional, beautiful and inspiring solutions.”
Sally has earned a reputation for creativity, innovation, and attention to detail through her meaningful design approach that brings forth responsible, high-performing, and innovative architecture. A designer and architect by training, she has contributed to some of our most significant high-profile projects around the globe, with a focus on education, science, workplace and mixed-use typologies.
As an education and science principal in New York City, Sally directs and executes project leadership, strategic planning, and business development efforts that enable higher education institutions, life science corporations and developers to achieve their missions and goals. She leverages her experience living and designing in places such as Hong Kong, Nigeria, and Washington, D.C., to create diverse cultural and spatial design experiences that enrich the relationships between individuals, communities, and environments.
An industry leader, Sally was named to Building Design + Construction’s 40 under 40 Class of 2023.
