With almost four decades working in the consulting engineering industry, and helping municipal agencies with strategic long-term planning and developing innovative business solutions, Roger is the utility management services lead for our water practice.

He's most passionate about helping our clients solve their greatest problems and simultaneously serving communities around the country.

Roger has managed over 250 master plans and studies during his career, most recently engaging in the more formal delivery of risk and resilience assessments, emergency response plans, and business continuity planning. He brings extensive municipal consulting experience in promoting community understanding, consensus and acceptance.
