Paul Roche, CEng 1st Class (Hons), MIEE, MCIBSE

Paul is the director of operations for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions, and is responsible for providing leadership and business judgement across all of our practice groups. Paul has a deep understanding of our markets and the ability to organize multi-discipline teams that provide the best solutions for our clients.

Paul joined us as part of the 2019 acquisition of the Hurley Palmer Flatt Group. He was instrumental in setting up the London operation and subsequently their global expansion, Instilling a growth mindset while ensuring consistent delivery across a diverse geographic client base.

With over 30 years of experience in engineering management, he started his career in the rail industry as an indentured apprentice for British Rail becoming the Head of Building Services for British Rail’s privatized form, Railtrack. He is an acknowledged expert in engineering management, specializing in providing strategic advice to blue chip clients. He has also been responsible for the successful delivery of numerous major property projects.
