Alternative Delivery Director, Building Engineering Services
Throughout his 20 years at HDR, Michael has been responsible for the management, oversight and project execution of alternative delivery projects.
He provides strategic and technical leadership for the successful pursuit and delivery of alternative delivery projects, including design-build, progressive design-build, public-private partnerships and more. He works with all of the building engineering services multidisciplinary teams and market sector leaders, coordinating resources and provides guidance on the staffing, management, pre-award and post-award processes for alternative delivery projects.
