Michael Lewis

Michael served as director of two state Departments of Transportation and is a past president of AASHTO, the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. His over 38 years of public transportation program experience make him very aware of challenges brought on by the gross imbalance of infrastructure investment needs against available funding resources. 

Based in our Manhattan office, he is currently the program manager for the first U.S. congestion pricing project.
