Lorraine Dailey
Justice Principal
As a justice principal based out of our Honolulu, Hawaii, architecture studio, Lorraine has a deep understanding of the built environment’s influence on the mental and physical well-being of its users. With more than 30 years of justice architecture experience, Lorraine harnesses her expertise to design restorative environments with human-centered design principles to help positively impact the lives of those involved with the justice system.
She emphasizes the importance of mentorship and teamwork to nurture innovative design strategies that have the potential to continually move justice design toward holistic, rehabilitative solutions.
Lorraine has leveraged her talent and experience to design facilities such as Comal County Jail as well as work with the Hawaii Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to enhance and upgrade facilities in Hawaii. Driven by collaboration and the opportunity to learn and grow, she contributes to the design industry as an active member of the American Institute of Architects.
