Lisa Lyons

Lisa has been in the industry for 14 years and has been with our company for 5 years. As a lighting design section manager, Lisa has collaborated with design professionals during various phases of the design process for interior and exterior projects.

Her approach to lighting design is to creatively integrate lighting within the architecture and provide visual hierarchy of exterior elements to evoke emotion and convey meaning within the surroundings. Lisa believes that both natural and artificial light have a profound impact in shaping the human experience while promoting environmental sustainability, enhancing controllability, and easing maintenance.

Her expertise is in lighting design for a variety of project types, including healthcare, civic, commercial, federal, hospitality, higher education, performing arts, religious projects, and bridge structures. Lisa’s lighting designs have earned her multiple Illuminating Engineering Society Awards of Merit, publications and presented at various conferences.
