Joey brings extensive experience to our Advanced Technologies for Surface Transportation practice, with a specialized focus on the integration and deployment of large-scale intelligent transportation systems programs, advanced traffic management systems, transportation management centers, electronic toll collection, and managed lanes projects.
As ATST director, Joey takes pride in providing technical leadership in all aspects of the delivery of transportation technology planning, design and implementation services to our clients while focusing on our quality delivery.
Throughout his career, Joey has contributed to many notable projects including the Florida State Dept. of Transportation, I-4 Ultimate; Iowa State Deptartment of Transportation, Council Bluffs Interstate Systems (CBIS); SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Program; and the New York State Thruway Authority, Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (Tappan Zee Bridge Replacement).
Joey is also a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the Intelligent Transportation Society of America and formerly served as the president of ITS Washington.
