Jay Chiglo, P.E.

Jay coordinates the development of our transportation alternative delivery projects across North America and Australia, including design-build, public-private partnerships and more. Working with our regional alternative delivery leadership, he coordinates resources and provides guidance on the staffing and management of projects, focusing on applying the latest innovations and improvements in the industry.

Over nearly three decades of experience, Jay has been responsible for the successful management, oversight and delivery of numerous transportation efforts. His resume includes some of the largest and most complicated projects we have taken on across multiple markets including aviation, freight rail, transit, highways & roads and maritime.

A collaborator and mentor, Jay is active in various industry associations, including the American Council of Engineering Companies, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Road & Transportation Builders Association, the Design-Build Institute of America, and Associated General Contractors of America.
