He is dedicated to deepening our relationships to create clients for life, focusing on growth opportunities and new markets. Empowering our clients and teams, Eli organizes for success by recruiting and promoting talented professionals, and diversifying the full life-cycle services we offer our clients in the East region.
Eli brings experience serving as the project director for several of our highest profile programs, including the Bayonne Bridge Navigational Clearance Project, the Governor Mario M. Cuomo (Tappan Zee) Bridge Design-Build project and the Pennsylvania Public-Private Partnership Rapid Bridge Replacement program. His incisive engagement through the proposal, procurement and delivery phases has helped our teams set new precedents for project delivery and technical expertise.
A leader in the industry, Eli served on the board of directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies New York chapter. He currently sits on the board of directors for both the American Road & Transportation Builders Association and the New York Building Congress.
