Christine brings over 30 years of federal civil service experience, including 15 years in the senior executive service, with a proven track record in leadership, program management and technical expertise. She has led worldwide multibillion-dollar programs for military built infrastructure and water resources infrastructure. She has been effective in both peacetime and contingency operations by focusing on strict budget processes, committed scheduling and collaboration across various diverse stakeholders. Her ability to translate complex issues into actionable strategies and drive program delivery has consistently led to successful outcomes across multiple domains.
Her previous roles include director of military programs at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers where she was responsible for an annual program of $23 billion for military infrastructure, director of installation management command — Pacific, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar base operations across 13 Army garrisons, and the director of joint programs integration office where she was instrumental in the execution of a $14 billion Afghan infrastructure program. Christine’s experience in diverse leadership positions, combined with her technical skills and her ability to lead large-scale projects, make her a leader in the federal program arena.
Christine has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Distinguished Executive Presidential Rank Award, which is given to fewer than 1% of senior executive service members, recognizing sustained extraordinary accomplishment, and she has received the Silver Order of the de Fleury Medal, awarded for personally and significantly impacting the entire Army Engineer Regiment over numerous assignments. Finally, she is in the College of Engineering and Architecture Hall of Fame for her university alma mater. She truly believes in developing others to excel in the career field. Christine is active in multiple science, technology, engineering and math programs and sits on the Civil Engineering Advisory Board for the U.S. Military Academy.
