Bruno has more than 20 years of experience in the economic analysis of infrastructure projects in North America. His diverse background includes econometric analysis, economic forecasting, economic and fiscal impact analysis, benefit-cost analysis, and risk analysis. He is an expert in demand/revenue forecasting and construction cost escalation for state governments, as well as in ridership forecasting and policy scenario analysis for transit agencies.
He has been providing tax revenue projections to the Arizona Department of Transportation since 1999 and ADA paratransit demand analysis and projections to Access Services in Los Angeles County since 2003. For the Virginia Department of Transportation, he recently led the development of a chained Fisher highway construction cost index and risk-adjusted projections for construction, right of way and engineering costs.
