Brad Robinson
Director of Project Controls
Brad brings project controls expertise to challenging infrastructure and building projects. As director, he leads a practice of skilled professionals in scheduling, cost estimating and management, document management, contract and risk management, and forensic delay analysis.
Brad recommends processes and software that lead to project efficiency. He asks, “What needs to happen to make the project successful?” He then works collaboratively with both the project and construction managers to implement project management information system tools, focusing on thorough documentation and reporting to our clients.
With more than 30 years of experience, Brad has worked on projects of more than $10 billion in constructed value. He works in vast markets — highways, tunnels, bridges, transit, power, telecommunications and oil and gas. Project locations include large U.S. cities, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
Brad performs detailed forensic schedule delay analyses on large and small projects for our global clients. He also provides scheduling and programming claims analysis for legal counsel during hearings.
