Ashley Tucker

With nearly 20 years of experience, Ashley’s deep expertise in communications, marketing and business development has been shaped by her early career as a pursuit specialist, market strategist and project manager for diverse sector initiatives. As sector manager for the health sector, she partners closely with health leadership to ensure the sector’s vision is communicated clearly and consistently, both internally and externally. Ashley leads the gathering and sharing of resources, best practices and knowledge across our health practice, while managing budgeting, strategic initiatives, onboarding, internal communications and special events.

Ashley is currently pursuing her master’s degree in organizational communication and leadership, which complements her leadership philosophy of authenticity, openness and a commitment to fostering an environment where people and ideas thrive. She is passionate about raising awareness of mental health and wellness in the workplace, reflecting her dedication to building a positive and supportive company culture. As a member of the Architecture Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council, Ashley champions an atmosphere of creativity, shared responsibility and continuous learning, striving to promote diversity and inclusion in every aspect of her work. Based in Iowa City, Iowa, Ashley is a committed community member, volunteering and supporting local organizations.
