Stefanie Mosteller Named HDR Foundation Executive Director
Stefanie Mosteller has been named executive director of the HDR Foundation.
Mosteller previously served as strategic planning director during her 16-year HDR career, based in the firm's Englewood, Colorado, office.
“Stefanie brings a special perspective of HDR’s culture and mission,” said Rex Fisher, corporate relations director and chair of the HDR Foundation board. “She has built relationships across business groups and geographies, bringing people together with a common goal to impact our local communities.”
In her previous role, Mosteller oversaw the research, development and execution of our last five strategic plans, helping to set HDR's big-picture, long-term vision as a company.
“I’m grateful for Stefanie’s leadership in the successful implementation of our last five strategic plans,” said Dave LeCureux, chief strategy officer. “She has made a far-reaching impact on the future of HDR, and she’ll continue to do that in her new role.”
Mosteller succeeds Nancy Hales, who retired at the end of 2024 after six years in the executive director role. Since its inception in 2012, the employee-funded and employee-driven foundation has provided more than $11 million in grants to nearly 400 organizations.
“I’m thrilled to begin building upon her tremendous efforts," Mosteller said. "We are fortunate to have such generous employees who support the foundation’s work with their donations of money and time. Our foundation — like our company — has deep roots and strong wings, and that is exciting.”
