Kathy Smith, P.E., PTOE

Kathy is a senior traffic project manager. She is a licensed professional engineer and professional traffic operations engineer. Kathy earned a master’s degree in civil engineering and has been working at HDR since 1992, with experience in managing traffic impact analysis projects, additionally working with our commercial and corporate team. She has served as the project manager for hundreds of TIAs in Central Texas. Kathy routinely coordinates with the City of Austin, Texas Department of Transportation and Travis County for approval and traffic operations mitigation on state, county and city roadways.
