Senior Biologist
Angela specializes in environmental compliance management and aquatic ecology, and has worked for various private and public industry sectors. She provides tailored project solutions to develop and implement environmental compliance management and monitoring programs, and supports project planning and permitting activities.
She has always been passionate about promoting healthy environments, protecting species, and protecting water and aquatic habitat. She also promotes the importance of building and maintaining public trust gained through operating in compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder commitments.
Angela has volunteered on the board of the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists to promote and elevate the profile of biology as a regulated profession. She's also volunteered with Environmental Careers Organization Canada to support the development of the National Occupational Standards for Environmental Employment. She published a portion of her master’s of science thesis in the Global Change Biology Journal.
