HDR’s Elmutaz Elrabaa Promoted to Health Principal in Canada
Elmutaz Elrabaa has been promoted to health principal for HDR’s health practice in Canada. In this role, Elrabaa will lead design for the Canadian practice, delivering projects from inception to occupancy. With an additional focus on business development and project acquisition, Elrabaa will develop new client relationships to expand HDR’s impact throughout the nation.

Elrabaa has more than 23 years of professional global experience focusing on large scale healthcare, institutional and civil projects around the world. He has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale projects from inception through all design and construction phases as well as post occupancy evaluations, operational readiness evaluation and training.
