Alan is a director with over 20 years of experience across health, science, mixed-use and master planning. With deep industry knowledge and a nuanced understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape, Alan has designed and delivered city-shaping healthcare projects across Australia and was notably part of the design leadership team that delivered the $1 billion Westmead Hospital precinct master plan and new acute service building.
In a climate of unprecedented healthcare transformation, Alan is committed to designing hospitals that challenge traditional protocols, prioritise patient-focused care, and have a significant impact on clinical outcomes, quality of healthcare and local communities.
Key projects include the Rouse Hill Hospital in Northwestern Sydney, an area that is experiencing population growth at an unprecedented rate, and the RNA Manufacturing Facility, a project which is central to NSW’s RNA research and development program into targeted therapy treatments.
