Melissa Moseley Elevated to ASID’s College of Fellows

HDR Senior Interior Designer Melissa Moseley, FASID, CID, NCIDQ, LEED AP, has been elevated to the American Society of Interior Designers’ College of Fellows, the highest honor bestowed on less than 1% of ASID membership. 

In more than a decade of involvement with ASID on local and national scales, Moseley has embodied the organization’s core values of advocacy, community, design excellence and thought leadership. She has provided dedicated service to the ASID Virginia Chapter as an active chapter member, student mentor and leader in roles spanning from committee chair to chapter president. On a national scale, Moseley serves on the International Energy Code Council through 2024 and is the ASID Student Engagement Committee Chair. 

As an award-winning healthcare designer known for her collaborative approach to design, Moseley believes it is her utmost duty to protect patients, support caregivers and comfort loved ones through thoughtful, nurturing environments. She has contributed to many award-winning designs for large healthcare systems and academic institutions, including the VCU Health Adult Outpatient Pavilion, VCU Children’s Hospital of Richmond Pavilion and the Cone Health Women’s & Children’s Pavilion.
