Chris is a trusted infrastructure advisor and consultant with asset and risk management expertise.  Overseeing our transportation asset management advisory area, he specializes in providing business improvement consulting services for infrastructure projects in the U.S. and worldwide. Chris’s comprehensive experience includes work in the highway, transit, utilities, public works and aviation sectors, helping agencies implement both enterprise and project-level asset and risk management programs. He has led and supported maturity assessments, improvement programs, strategic planning, procedural development, business process modeling, and digital asset management.
