Having worked in the water industry since 1980, Rod applies his decades of insights to help guide projects to successful completion.
He is particularly passionate about collaborative delivery projects — where each team member brings the best they have for the project’s overall benefit. He has served as the owner's advisor, design-builder and lead designer creating strong partnerships with the entire delivery team.
Rod has over 40 years of experience including program management and large project delivery including serving as the Houston Waterworks team’s design-build project manager for the pre-construction phase for the City of Houston’s $1.3 billion Northeast Water Purification Plant Expansion and for the Denver Metro Wastewater Reclamation District’s $255 million Northern Treatment Plant.
Rod has presented at numerous conferences and is certified by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, Project Management Institute and Design Build Institute of America.
