Jason Mikkelsen, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP

Spanning a diverse career in engineering and architecture, Jason has 25 years of experience in the industry and leads our North America west region for building engineering services. He is responsible for strategic vision and guidance to each building engineering practice in the region to foster growth.  His prior background with us includes leadership roles in operations, architecture, facilities design, and project management.

Jason’s experience in complex multidiscipline projects has helped him lead multiple integrated teams of architects and engineers to provide outstanding client service, build excellent relationships, and deliver successful projects. His collaborative approach breaks down barriers, and he works closely with local practice leaders to implement initiatives, promote thought leadership, and develop best-in-class teams while engaging with clients to maintain a strong culture of service.  He brings strength in professional development and training, communication, and team building to help guide teams to provide innovative solutions and make great things possible.
