Elaine Verver, SR/WA, R/W-NAC, R/W- RAC, R/W-URAC

Elaine leads our right of way services for transportation programs. She provides strategic and technical leadership for aviation, freight rail, highways and roads, maritime, and transit clients and projects. She specializes in leading public works and transportation projects using federal, state and local funding sources and has successfully managed more than 3,000 acquisitions and relocations.

With more than 25 years of experience, including 19 with us, Elaine has earned industry-wide recognition for her program management, design-build and alternative delivery experience, combined with her demonstrated abilities in schedule management, process improvement and assembling high-performing project teams.
