Geohydrologist

James Dwyer is a nationally-known geohydrologist, knowledgeable in the critical processes necessary for water supply development. He resides in our Austin, Texas office, serving on most projects as a senior groundwater engineer. James has 30 years of experience delivering groundwater projects — from analysis, design and permitting all the way through construction and rehabilitation. He has substantial experience with aquifer storage and recovery as well as identifying and developing brackish water supplies.

James holds a masters of engineering in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and is an active member of the American Water Works Association, Texas Water Conservation Association, National Ground Water Association and the Texas Ground Water Association.
