Elizabeth is responsible for building an architectural practice from the ground up and creating a presence for HDR’s architecture studio in Philadelphia. She is involved with building teams, developing relationships with clients and local institutions and leading projects. Among her goals is to create a culture of collaboration and design excellence, which mirrors the firm’s aspirations as a whole.

Passionate about design and how it contributes to creating spaces that inspire and delight, she is particularly interested in synthesizing a building’s context with its programmatic needs in order to connect to its surroundings and foster interaction and collaboration.

Elizabeth has worked on large-scale academic and institutional projects for many distinguished firms throughout her career. Her extensive range of experience includes leading an architecture studio and project teams, planning and designing buildings, and working with diverse client groups to ensure successful project outcomes.
