Tzveta is an experienced leader in delivering innovative facilities for diverse clients. She leverages unique expertise built over her decades-long career to drive strategic vision and excellence in project execution. Her work spans higher education, corporate R&D, life science, health and government programs, with a particular focus on laboratory and workplace design.
She plays a pivotal role in developing and nurturing client relationships, leading the successful execution of multidisciplinary projects. Tzveta is passionate about creating a vision for every project and establishing strategies for efficient and creative design solutions. Whether designing cutting-edge laboratories, engaging workplaces, classrooms or corporate research facilities, Tzveta focuses on functional design that promotes teaching, collaboration and discovery. Her emphasis on stakeholder management ensures seamless communication and collaboration with all parties involved, delivering projects aligned with strategic goals.
Having led notable ventures around the world, Tzveta has a global perspective on design and project execution. Her portfolio includes the AstraZeneca R&D Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the Sanofi R&D Hub in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the Mount Sinai Hamilton and Amabel James Center for AI & Human Health in New York City. Tzveta is deeply committed to imagining a better future through progressive design.
An active industry member, Tzveta engages with a variety of life science events and initiatives, including Professional Women in Construction, Lab of the Future, Women in Bio, My Green Lab, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, and the International Living Future Institute. Her involvement in these organizations allows her to stay at the forefront of industry trends and contribute to ongoing conversations about discovery, impactful design and sustainability.
