Eric Rushenberg

Eric is a project and program manager bringing over fifteen years of experience in lighting design and electrical engineering across an array of building typologies, including civic, commercial and real estate, defense, education, health, mission critical, and industrial. His design philosophy focuses on the synthesis between the science and art of lighting. Through his engineering and design background, Eric understands today’s challenges in shaping the human experience, while promoting environmental stewardship, enhancing controllability, and reducing maintenance requirements. His ingenuity has led to unique and high performing solutions, which seamlessly integrate into the architectural vision.

As a project manager, Eric leads large, multidisciplinary design teams from preprogramming and schematic design through final construction and ownership, including stakeholder engagement, concept development, construction documents, contract administration, and closeout. Throughout this process, Eric builds partnerships with the design team and the end user to ensure a collaborative solution that exceeds project goals and expectations. More broadly as a program manager, he strategizes our resources across multiple regions with client leadership to help with business development and improve our position in the marketplace.
