Susan Lake Joins HDR as Field Services Client Development Lead

Susan Lake joins HDR as client development lead for HDR's field services practice. 

A respected leader with 20 years of construction engineering and inspection experience, Lake will use her industry knowledge and experience to continue to grow our field services programs as well as relationships with our clients. She brings a strategic perspective and a track record of success in growing and expanding new and existing field/construction engineering business.

Based in HDR's Tampa, Florida, office, Lake will coordinate and facilitate business development initiatives for our major construction management and construction inspection programs, as well as mega-projects. She will work with local offices to strategize in the different regions and implement long-term goals, community/industry participation and project pursuits with their local clients. 

Lake’s experience includes managing and coordinating staff in regional areas for natural disaster monitoring. She has demonstrated success in developing new and existing field/construction engineering business and partnering with clients to deliver infrastructure programs. Her in-depth knowledge of the industry makes her a great addition to HDR's leadership team.
