Robert Baysden, P.E., LEED AP

Robert has 26 years of civil engineering and project management experience in the land development industry covering most private and public business sectors. He has significant experience in site planning, grading and earthwork analysis, stormwater conveyance and management, sediment and erosion control, as well as sanitary sewer and water distribution systems.

As the building engineering assistant manager, he works with a multi-discipline team of engineers and architects to facilitate efficient designs for our clients. Although based in the Southeast region, Robert’s strengths are his connections and his workshare with our global network of employees that bring the right resources to a project. His experience in both design and management fosters clear communication between clients and regulatory agencies, developing clear engineering solutions to development and permitting challenges.
