Alice Wang, P.E.
Water Project Manager
Alice is a project manager in the drinking water, wastewater and utility management industries. She has a diverse background spanning from water quality evaluations to asset management, from water and wastewater design to stormwater Geographic Information System modelling. Combining these experiences gives her a holistic perspective on the water cycle, critical to comprehending the novel and fundamental approach of One Water.
She finds fulfillment in the opportunity to explore the sustainable and equitable realm of One Water. Fused with the concept of program management, she is enticed by the critical thinking behind strategically envisioning multibenefit solutions for water infrastructure programs and by the value obtained from promoting resilience in the face of inevitable water challenges.
Alice is the vice president for the Santa Ana River Basin Section of the California Water Environment Association. She is actively involved and presents at conferences organized by CWEA and the American Water Works Association. Committed to mentorship, Alice has served as one of our former young professional chairs and has led as the University of California at Irvine’s senior design industry advisor and guest lecturer.
