HDR Provides Flood Warning Model to San Antonio Following Hurricane Harvey 

When we ask “What if?” we are often more prepared for the unexpected and ready to face new challenges. In August 2017, as Hurricane Harvey approached the Texas Gulf Coast, the City of San Antonio did exactly that and decided to act. 

“What if the storm had hit us?” they asked.
