Max Navius

Max is an associate director and senior interior designer with over 15 years of experience in the interior design of large-scale and award-winning commercial and workplace projects. His project roles span from the early concept design phase through to delivery with responsibility for developing the interior design concept, colour and finish selections, interior construction documentation, and supervision on-site for construction quality.

Through his work with both commercial and government clients, Max understands the complexities of user engagement and the associated change management processes required as they relate to workplace design and working within heritage facilities. Career highlights includes his work on the workplace fitouts for Quantium, Cushman and Wakefield, the NSW Department of Education, The Salvation Army, and most recently our Sydney Design Studio.
