Principal Stormwater Engineer
Analette has extensive experience in water quality, stormwater management and hydraulics. Under our transportation practice, she manages a team of water resources engineers, stormwater specialists, environmental scientists and biologists.
Analette incorporates environmental benefits and sustainable design in the transportation infrastructure projects she’s involved in throughout California. Her team prioritizes sustainability and water quality within the Bay Area’s critical transportation infrastructure.
Throughout her career, Analette has designed hundreds of stormwater treatment best management practices and green infrastructure facilities, including award-winning projects for Alameda County and the City of Union City. Some of her notable, innovative projects include the water quality studies prepared for the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge East-Span Demolition project and the Devil’s Slide and Caldecott Tunnel non-stormwater dewatering approaches. In addition, she assisted the California Department of Transportation with updating its statewide stormwater quality guidance manuals. She’s well versed in low impact development design and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Construction General Permit requirements.
