Walt Bayless, P.Eng.

With over 17 years of project management experience, Walt has worked for municipalities and industrial clients in delivering a variety of water and wastewater projects.

In his regional water lead role in Western Canada, he is actively involved in the identification of the resources and technical skills necessary to deliver a broad range of water-related projects, ranging from municipal water supply and treatment systems to fish passage and hatchery programs.

Walt specializes in the supply and treatment of water for municipal drinking water systems. Over his career, he has been actively involved in the application of disinfectants, filtration and other treatment systems for municipalities throughout British Columbia. 

One of Walt’s passions is exploring innovative water treatment systems. He was a co-recipient of the American Council of Engineering Companies British Columbia Award of Excellence for his support of the Middle River Water Treatment system.
