Scott aligns our team with utilities’ needs for developing and implementing strategies for asset management business transformation and asset investment planning.
Scott sees asset management approaches as a means for utilities to modernize their aging infrastructure while balancing cost, risk and performance. Asset management is a unique blend of business and technical consulting that perfectly builds on his educational background in economics and engineering. He’s passionate about collaborating with internal and external teams to solve challenging problems in the utility infrastructure sectors.
Scott’s experience spans asset management program development from strategic planning through implementation of decision-support methodologies and business processes. He’s applied industry best practices across generation, power delivery, solid waste, and water/wastewater sectors.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in management-engineering from Claremont McKenna College. He is a member of the Institute of Asset Management and the Northwest Hydroelectric Association.
