Teigan Gulliver, P.E.
Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer
Teigan provides environmental engineering services through master planning, design and construction management of water and wastewater treatment projects, focusing on solids treatment. From a family of scientists and engineers, she enjoys learning the science behind why and how things work in our world. Teigan loves the challenge of unifying the biological, chemical and mechanical portions of a project into an effective operating system.
Teigan received the MWH/Association of Environmental Engineering & Science Professors National Best Master’s Thesis Award, studying the fate and transport of microplastics in wastewater treatment processes. Since then, she’s quenched her thirst for knowledge through self-education on PFAS in wastewater, sharing that information with many wastewater professionals.
Teigan enjoys volunteering as an active member of the Water Environment Federation Biosolids and Residuals Committee and through Engineers Without Borders projects, bringing access to safe drinking water and sanitation to developing communities in Bolivia, El Salvador, Ecuador and Uganda. These independent experiences continue to shape Teigan’s leadership, followership, teamwork and communication skills, which she uses in and outside of her profession.
