Neil is our professional services director for construction and a senior transportation construction engineer. He provides technical support to all business classes and market sectors, assists in strategic planning and enhances the strength of our staff through development and training. He promotes excellence in delivery model execution and maintains a quality culture.
With more than 25 years in the industry, Neil brings extensive transportation, construction management and operations leadership experience. He has focused on developing and implementing quality programs, encompassing both workmanship and materials for large highway projects in the public-private partnership environment.
Neil has held key leadership roles on numerous transportation, construction administration and inspection projects with construction values up to $1.5 billion. His transportation experience includes both urban and rural highway projects, using traditional as well as alternative delivery methods. He leads and advises on challenging P3 project delivery on the owner/client side.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Construction Management Association of America.
