Principal Economist

Stéphane is an applied economist specializing in the analysis of infrastructure projects and the modeling of demand, cost and schedule risks. For over 25 years, he has advised public agencies and private-sector clients on the evaluation of project risks and the measurement of economic and financial returns. 

He has developed and implemented innovative approaches for assessing investment alternatives in a variety of sectors, including transportation, healthcare, and information technology. Stéphane has also authored a number of software applications, including a comprehensive transportation investment evaluation package and a risk analysis toolkit. 

His experience includes demand and revenue modeling, forecasting, financial feasibility studies, benefit-cost analyses, multiobjective decision analyses, economic impact studies, life cycle cost analyses, and quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses.
