Dan Bacehowski

With more than two decades of experience in the waste industry, Dan leads HDR's extended producer responsibility (EPR) projects across the United States. 

EPR, particularly for packaging products, has expanded to several states, shifting waste management responsibility and costs to producers. Because EPR policies can vary by state in complexity and scope, Dan works with clients to guide through legislation and implementation, develop effective EPR programs and oversee first-in-the-nation recycling needs assessments.
