Simon Fleet

Simon is the design principal in Australia, responsible for leading design outcomes on projects and fostering a strong design-centred culture. A Registered Architect and Green Star Accredited Professional, Simon has more than 20 years of architectural design experience. He has a specialist interest in green building design and environmental performance, where his experience includes multiple 5-Star and 6-Star Green Star developments in Australia and BREEAM Excellent developments in London.

Simon has experience across all project stages but excels at developing and maintaining client relationships, strategic project leadership, generating and communicating project design responses, and managing project teams.  In addition to his project work, Simon has worked extensively with universities across Sydney, London and Adelaide as a guest lecturer, tutor and critic. He has undertaken collaborative research projects at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Sydney.
